Question: Can early pregnancy cause high temperature?

Feeling warm or flushed can be a symptom of pregnancy. Changes in the body during pregnancy can cause similar symptoms to those that accompany a fever. During pregnancy, a woman may also be more susceptible to infections, such as colds and the flu.

What temperature do you have in early pregnancy?

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends that pregnant women never let their core body temperature rise above 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit. (A pregnant womans body temperature is often already elevated around 0.4 degrees above the normal 98.6.)
